PURPOSE: A method for forming a pattern and a transparent electrode, touch screen, a solar cell, a micro heater, a transparent thin film transistor, a flexible display panel, a flexible solar cell, an electronic book, a thin film transistor, an electromagnetic-shielding sheet, a flexible printed circuit board applied by the same are provided to secure the high conductivity of a substrate by using a conducting polymer material. CONSTITUTION: The mixture of a carbon nanotube solution and a metallic ink are manufactured(S100). The mixture is coated on a substrate(S110). Laser irradiation is controlled according to the viscosity of the mixture(S120). A laser is irradiated onto the substrate to selectively form a pattern of a preset shape(S130). The substrate is cleaned(S140).
