PURPOSE: A three-dimensional visual presenter and a three-dimensional image reconstruction method using the same are provided to simply control the capture distance between a capture target object and a binocular camera. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional visual presenter includes a base plate (100), a slide plate (200), a camera mounting stand (300), and a binocular camera (400). The base plate includes a slide groove (110) that is each formed at both edges of the upper surface of the base plate in a length direction. The slide plate includes a sliding protrusion at both edges of the lower surface so as to be coupled movable along the slide groove of the base plate. The camera mounting stand is coupled to one end of the upper surface of the slide plate. The binocular camera is mounted on the camera mounting stand. A rotation plate (500) which is 360 degree rotatable is provided at one end of the upper surface of the base plate. The front part of the slide plate facing the rotating plate is formed to have a recessed portion (220) and a semicircle shape.
