PURPOSE: An inner delay time measuring device in a wireless communication system and a method thereof are provided to accurately measure a position by removing inner delay time.;CONSTITUTION: A pair of signal transceivers (100, 200) transmits data to a predetermined band through an antenna and converts the received data into a baseband signal. A pair of control units (107, 207) corresponds to each signal transceiver, generates data, and inserts time stamps. When a data stream including the time stamp is received from the transceiver, the time stamp is extracted. An inner delay time measurement unit (300) generates the time stamp including the generated time information and transmits the time stamp to the one of the control units.
