PURPOSE: A hybrid hood inner panel for a vehicle is provided to improve rigidity, durability, and pedestrian protecting performance by comprising a composite structure in which a multi-cone structure and a frame structure are individually arranged on the front and the rear. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid hood inner panel comprises a side unit (11) and a center unit (12). The side unit comprises an edge of an inner panel (10). The center unit is formed inside the side unit and comprises a multi-cone part (13) and a frame part (16). The multi-cone part is arranged in the front of the inner panel and comprises cones (14). The cone is formed on one surface of the multi-cone part in order to protrude in a right angle direction. The frame part is arranged on the rear of the inner panel and is connected to the multi-cone part. The frame part comprises a plurality of bridges (17). The bridges connect the side unit and at the edge of the multi-cone part.
