FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to household and industrial meat grinders that feature efficient interaction of blade cutting edges with plate hole edges. Proposed assembly comprises cross blade with curved blades composed of a length of logarithmic spirals and perforated plate with different-diameter holes. Plate holes represent hemisphere truncated on blade side in plant and arranged so that every cutting edge of revolving blade gets in contact with only one hole at one moment of time.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;2 cl, 5 dwg
