1. Thin-film composite material for the manufacture of flexible high-efficiency solar energy converters, which includes: - a transparent substrate containing a transparent conductive layer; and - deposited on said substrate, a film containing: a) dye-sensitized crystalline nanoparticles (CNs) of a metal oxide selected from titanium dioxide, tin oxide, zinc oxide, tungsten oxide, tantalum oxide, niobium oxide, scandium oxide and terbium oxide, and their mixtures in any ratios ib) a polymeric binder (polylinker) formed essentially by polycondensation products of organotitanium compounds selected from: titanium alcoholates, which can be alcoholates with a chelating organic substituent, alcoholates with structural properties varying during hydrolysis, and mixtures of these alcoholates in various ratios; and / or products of partial hydrolysis of said alcoholates; as well as mixtures of the indicated alcoholates and / or products of their partial hydrolysis with the SC of the mentioned metal oxide. 2. The material of claim 1, wherein the metal oxide is titanium dioxide. The material of claim 1 or 2, wherein said transparent conductive layer is an indium-doped tin oxide (ITO) or fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) layer.
