FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to hernia plasty. Mesh with 7 cm excess is placed above hernia defect along loop columns in longitudinal direction. Belt frame is formed from mesh in form of 2-2.5 cm duplicature. Edge of belt frame is fixed on hernia defect perimeter with sutures along 1.5 cm in transverse direction with continuation in longitudinal direction. Fibre glue is applied on belt frame using monofilamentous synthetic material with long term of resorption.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the number of hernia recurrences.;1 ex
