FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to biochemistry. Presented is using a natural inorganic aggregating agent (versions) in the extraction of cedar pollen for the extraction of a water-soluble protein of cedar pollen. The natural inorganic aggregating agent in one version contains calcium sulphate, aluminium oxide, silicone dioxide and aluminium sulphate as the main ingredients.
