FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: one prepares a water-and-alcohol solution (mixture) of "LUX" rectified ethyl alcohol and treated drinking water; one performs thorough stirring and treatment with activated carbon by way of passing through a carbon purifying battery. Filtered vodka is directed into a rendering vessel. Natural honey in an amount of 3.2-3.7 kg per 1000 dhal of vodka is dissolved in softened treated water at a ratio of 1:5, thoroughly stirred, conditioned until boiling, filtered while hot, cooled and introduced into the rendering vessel. An alcoholised infusion is prepared by way of pouring millet grains, pumpkin seeds and honey in an amount of 0.3-0.5, 0.2-0.4 and 0.4-0.6 kg per 1000 of vodka respectively with a water-and-alcohol liquid of 50% vol. proof at a ratio of 1:10 with subsequent infusing during 4.5-5.5 days under periodical stirring conditions during 20-30 minutes 2 times per shift. The infusion is drained, filtered and introduced, while stirred, into the rendering vessel. One thoroughly stirs the vodka and tests its proof and delivers the vodka for bottling after filtration. For "RUSSIAN GOLD" vodka production one uses the initial ingredients in the following quantity per 1000 dahl of the ready product: natural honey - 3.2-3.7 kg, first draining alcoholised infusion of millet grains, pumpkin seeds and honey- 7.0-7.5 l, "LUX" rectified ethyl alcohol and treated drinking water - balance for 40% vol. proof.;EFFECT: invention allows to simplify and accelerate the vodka production process due to production of one infusion, extend the vodka storage life, improve organoleptic indices and enhance the latter stability.;2 cl, 3 ex
