FIELD: biotechnologies.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to immunostimulatory oligonucleotides. An oligonucleotide is proposed with length of 6-100 nucleotides, containing at least one sequence 5'R₁YZR₂3'. R₁ and R₂ are selected from the group containing a lipophilic substituted nucleotide analogue (L) and a nucleotide. R₂ may be absent, so that 5'R₁YZR₂3' represents R₁YZ. At least one of R₁ and R₂, represents a lipophilic substituted nucleotide analogue (L). L is selected from 5-chlorine-uracil, 5-bromine-uracil or 5-iodine-uracil, 5-ethyl-uracil or (E)-5-(2-bromine-vinyl)-uracil. Y is cytosin or 5-methyl cytosin. Z is selected from the group containing guanine, 6-thioguanine, 2'O-methyl guanine, 7-deazaguanine and inosine. Oligonucleotide is not 5'd[GCGAA(BrU)(BrU)CGC]3', where BrU is 5-bromine uracil. Versions of oligonucleotide are proposed, and also the method to induce an immune response on the basis of nucleotides.
