Transpedicular screws are introduced into spines adjoining the involved one through their roots of archs The transpedicular screws are coupled with a first bar from one side. The bar is used to reduce the fragments of the injured spine by distraction in the injured segments. A transpedicular screw is introduced from the opposite side into the injured spine in the caudocranial direction through a Roy-Kamille point and brought through a fracture line, a second bar is arranged from this side. The first bar is removed; a transpedicular screw is introduced from the this side into the injured spine in the craniocaudal direction through a Roy-Kamille point and brought through the fracture line. The first bar is placed back.
