FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for recovery of impaired function of knee joints in patients with destructive-dystrophic diseases and consequences of traumas in hyaline cartilage in knee joint. Access to defect zone for arthroscope and arthroscopic instruments through standard portals is realised. Resection of defect bottom on the boundary of scar tissue is performed. Sampling from low-loaded articular surface of osteochondral autografts is performed. Canals by dimensions of autografts are formed in defect zone. Formed autografts are placed in canals. Bond muscular flap is formed from belly of tender muscle with base proximally, which is brought through canal, created in medial condyle of hip, under the base of osteochondral autografts in defect zone.;EFFECT: method ensures reduction of venous congestion and improvement of microcirculation in metaphyseal part of hip bone, reduction of terms of adjustment of transplanted autografts, the most complete organ-specific reconstruction of hyaline cartilage.;1 ex, 3 dwg
