FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: concentration of medium molecular peptides in supernatant part of biological fluid of nasopharyngeal aspirate is analysed. If concentration of medium molecular peptides equals 0.575-0.600 units of optic density, respiratory distress-syndrome of mild severity degree is diagnosed, if their concentration is 0.601-0.661 units of optic density, respiratory distress-syndrome of medium severity degree is diagnosed, and if their concentration is 0.662-0.722 units of optic density, development of distress-syndrome of severe degree is diagnosed.;EFFECT: possibility of pre-clinical diagnostics of severity degree of respiratory distress-syndrome in case of intrauterine influenza in premature infants.;1 tbl, 3 ex
