FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: in order to predict frequent development of acute respiratory viral infections during the first year of life in preterm children with intrauterine influenza A (H3N2) at birth level of anti-influenza antibodies in serum from umbilical cord vein (A) blood. In case of its two-fold and higher increase in comparison with such in serum of mothers' vein blood, calculated are quantity of morphologic signs of maturity (in points) (B), total hemoglobin (g/l) (C). Determined is D=+0.08×A+0.252×B+0.102×C, where D is discriminant function with the boundary value equal +25.09. If D is lower than the boundary value, frequent development of acute respiratory viral infections during the first year of life in preterm children is predicted.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to carry out prediction with high probability of correct prognosis, starting with the moment of birth, which in its turn, makes it possible to timely and in a well-grounded way carry out postnatal prophylaxis of frequent development of acute respiratory viral infections.;2 ex
