METHOD OF MORDANT DYEING OF WOOLEN FABRIC WITH VEGETABLE DYE OF MUSK THISTLE

FIELD: textiles, paper.;SUBSTANCE: method comprises treatment of woolen fabric in the dyebath based on complexing agent from the group comprising salt of aluminium, copper, chromium or iron, and vegetable dye of musk thistle at 75-80°C and pH 5-6 for 40-60 minutes. An aqueous extract of musk thistle is used, obtained by extraction of 100 g of dry plant raw material up to 1 litre. Depending on the type of the mordant, the proposed method provides obtaining of dying of woolen fabric in yellow, light green, gray and tobacco colours, not inferior in characteristics to synthetic mordant dyes.;EFFECT: expanding the range of dyes of natural raw materials with simultaneous disposal of wastes of plowing fields.;1 tbl, 4 ex
