摘要

The method involves controlling a capability of a production unit according to normal average laws and of preset maximum deviations to machine springs. Manufacturing parameters are determined to have deviation between Gaussian distributions of theoretical frequency values of balances and springs. The springs and the balance are sampled at random. A balancing adjustment of the sampled balance is machined to bring the balance in a balancing tolerance, and a machining complementary to the inertia adjustment is performed, according to torque of the balance so as to form a hairspring assembly. The hairspring assembly oscillates at oscillation frequency after an inertial adjustment operation.
