A process for the embryos receiving ends of obtaining pluripotent embryonic stem cells, in whicha) in the zona pellucida of fixed blastocysts a channel is opened,b) by means of this channel of a suitable instrument for mobilization of cells by the trophectoderm to the inner cell mass is led and with this instrument, some of the stem cells of the inner cell mass be mobilized andc) the mobilised stem cells are removed by suction,with the proviso that the removal of the viability of the blastocysts is not adversely affected.
