Disclosed is a mount (10, 11, 12, 70) which is connectable to one end of an element (50, 60). The end of the element comprises a number of holes (52, 62, 72). The holder (10, 11, 12, 70) comprises a base element (23, 73) and at least two discs (15, 75). Each disk (15, 75) has a center line (17), and each disk (15, 75) is connected to the base member (23, 73) so that it can be freely rotated about the center line (17). Each disc (15, 75) comprises at least one opening (16, 76) which is arranged eccentrically with respect to the center line (17). In addition, a method for connecting the holder (10, 11, 12, 70) to one end of an element (50, 60) is disclosed. The end of the element (50, 60) comprises a number of holes (52, 62, 72). The method is characterized by arranging the holder (10, 11, 12, 70) at the end of the element (50, 60), rotating each disc (15, 75) until an opening (16, 76) of the disc (15, 75) coincides with a hole (52, 62, 72) of the end of the element (50, 60), and releasably securing the end of the element (50, 60) to the disc (15, 75) using the openings (16, 76) of the disc (15, 75) coinciding with a hole (52, 62, 72) of the element (50, 60).
