The device (1) has a reservoir (3) into which a wiping water concentrate (4) is introduced, where the reservoir is formed by an interchangeable container. A mixture- and pumping unit (5) is connected with the reservoir and a water supply, and includes a metering pump connectable with the reservoir. The mixture- and pumping unit releases an amount of water concentrate to the reservoir and supplies water (10) delivered from the supply under formation of wiping water. A tapping unit (11) is connectable with the mixture- and pumping unit, and outwardly dispenses a part of the wiping water. The wiping water consists of concentrate cleaning agent and/or an anti-freeze.
