The battery cell modular system (1) has two battery cell modules (10,20) provided with battery cells (11). The battery cell modules are arranged on opposite sides of a cooling portion (30) such that heat from the battery cell modules is transferred to the cooling portion by thermal conduction process. The clamping force is applied towards the battery cell modules through a chucking device. Eccentric cam portions are attached at the battery cell modules respectively and are rotated along a rotational axis. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing battery cell modular system.
