The body comprises a light metal pressure die casting part made of aluminum or magnesium alloy, which forms a strut mount (1) for a strut of a rear vehicle axis. The light metal pressure die casting part has a single piece section (2), which is extended from the strut mount in the vehicle longitudinal direction (x) and is visible rearward. The backward extending section forms a side area of a partition wall between a luggage compartment and a passenger compartment, where the partition wall is horizontally extended. The backward extending section has a recess (5) for receiving an air vent.
