The method involves providing a harness (1) with spacers (11-13) that are provided with a terminal portion (A) and a spacer region (B). A connector (20) is provided at the terminal portion that is electrically connected to the spacers. An electrical conductive material is applied on the connector, the terminal portion and the spacer region of the harness, where the conductive material is selected from electrical conductive polymer, hybrid material, polypyrole, polythiophene and/or polyaniline. An insulation layer is applied on the harness and/or the connector.
