The drive has an electrical drive machine (EM) connected with an output shaft (WA) i.e. sleeve shaft, and a planet carrier guiding multiple planet gears, which are meshed with a sun gear and a ring gear. The planet carrier is designed as an input element and connected with an internal combustion engine (VM) over an input shaft. The planet gears are connected with a generator engine (GM). The sun gear is designed as an output element, which is connected with or disconnected from the drive machine by a decoupling device (K). The decoupling device is designed as a clutch with three shift positions.
