The handle (13) has a handle profile (18) embedded with a hole bottom (23) for a handle support (14) i.e. hollow cylindrical pipe. The handle support is fastened at the handle profile by a screw (26) i.e. self-tapping screw. A side edge (24) of a hole (21) holds the support without a gap. The support includes a tubular basic design including a circular cross-section with linear end edges (25), which stay perpendicular to a longitudinal direction (L) of the support. The hole for insertion of the screw is provided in the hole bottom. A stopper (29) is inserted at an open end of the profile. The stopper is made of plastic. An independent claim is also included for a household appliance door.
