The handle (11) has a handle profile (12) designed as a tube, and handle supports (13) made of metal i.e. aluminum, and designed as extruded parts or solid bodies. The handle supports form a hollow space that extends in a longitudinal axis (L). The hollow space is closed with a stopper, and the handle profile has a notch (19) that extends along the longitudinal axis of the handle profile. A head area (22) of the handle supports is accommodated in the handle profile. A holding area (24) of the handle supports is arranged at an outer side of the handle profile.
