The predeformation parameters of outer metal sheet are transferred to a finite element simulator in predeformation phase. Finite element simulation is performed (101) based on predeformation parameters for subsequent molding phase for molding (103) the outer metal sheet by molding parameters. A determination (105) is made as to whether surface quality of outer metal sheet is sufficient according to simulation of finite elements. The shaping parameters are changed (106) by determining insufficient metal sheet surface quality in predeformation phase and molding phase.
