The method involves opening a building facade of a two-flight staircase beginning in a ground floor and subsequently in each residential or commercial floor with a width measurement of 2.24 m. A bridge (2) is constructed from a support frame (4) to a residential or commercial entrance platform (1). One-flight stairs (3) are laid from the support frame to the entrance platform. A lift shaft (6) with a stop platform (5) is laid before the support frame. An entrance from outside to the lift shaft by loading part (7) and another entrance to a staircase with new stairs into a cellar are provided.
