The method involves providing electrodes of nano-porous, electrically conductive, connective carbon-, hetero-, metal atom- or hybrid materials, where the electrodes are separated by a double separator. The pores of the electrodes are filled with complementary charged molecule star ions for refined structuring of their interior space and for setting local electric fields. The complementary charged molecule star ions are suitable in their electronic and spatial characteristics for filing the pores.
