Material comprises iron, 0.06-0.09 mass% carbon, 1.3-1.6 mass% manganese, = 0.5 mass% silicon, = 0.025 mass% phosphorus, = 0.006 mass% sulfur, = 0.015 mass% aluminum, = 0.09 mass% niobium, = 0.06 mass% vanadium, = 0.08 mass% titanium, = 0.5 mass% molybdenum, and = 0.005 mass% boron. An independent claim is also included for hollow steel profile made of the material.
