The arrangement (1) has a ventilation device (11) activated by a windscreen (9) with an air stream (17). A projection device (19) is defined against an environment (7), where a set of light beams is projected to the windscreen by the projection device over a light passage opening (31). A screen device (27) is arranged between the windscreen and the light passage opening, and screens a light (33) i.e. sun exposure, that enters through the windscreen with a specific angle to the light passage opening. The screen device comprises or forms an air passage (35) for the air stream.
