The diaphragm (1) has a scattered light reducing surface structure provided in a surface of inner sides (6.1, 6.2) of the diaphragm. The surface structure comprises multiple structural elements whose structural dimensions lie in a sub-micro meter range. The structural elements are formed as columnar projections in a pyramid shape. The diaphragm is made of plastic using an injection molding process such that the surface structure is produced in the same injection molding process. The structural elements comprise mutual lateral spacing that is distributed about average distances. The structural dimensions consist of height and lateral extension. An independent claim is also included for a camera arrangement.
