The device has a guide rod (7) that is connected to the piston rods (6) of metering cylinder (2), and piston rod (8) of the master cylinder (1), and control rod (18). The metering cylinder and master cylinder are fixed at a rigid frame (3a,3b). The guide rod guides the fluid on the piston rod (8) for moving piston by the flow pressure of the fluid flowing into the master cylinder. The master cylinder is driven over the operating pressure of control rod.
