The fastening arrangement has a fastening strap (17) by which a clip connection is secured. The control lever (9) is arranged before a covering (6) fastened at the vehicle seat. The control lever is connected with a shaft in a torque transmit manner for releasing and locking a notch fitting (3). The shaft stands in active connection with the notch fitting. The control lever is mounted rotatably on a collar (8) of the covering and a drive finger (24) radially protrudes from the shaft. The drive finger is connected in torque transmit manner with the control lever with axial and radial play.
