The sole has an electronic circuit board (101) integrated into the sole that comprises a plastic mold part. The circuit board is designed as a flex board and a rigid flex board. An electrical conductive textile is formed as a capacitor plate or multiple capacitive sensors and comprises pie-shaped contact points that are connected to the circuit board. An electric contact of the textile and the circuit board are riveted by multiple rivets. The circuit board is attached to a power supply by the textile and comprises rivet holes (108). A battery box comprises a pot-shaped lid. An independent claim is also included for a method for determining an active or inactive state of a sensor sole.
