The method involves applying the electrolyte beam (4) to hole (5) with positive electric potential, in metallic workpiece (1) such that the beam is passed through inlet cross-section of hole toward the outlet cross-section. The flow pattern is formed after the beam is passed through surface of hole with negative electric potential. An independent claim is included for an arrangement for electrochemical processing of cross sections of outlet holes and openings in metallic workpiece.
