The device (7) has optical systems (oS1-oS3) associated to respective light exit surfaces (2.1-2.3). Optical lenses (6.1-6.3) of the optical systems are arranged at a distance to the exit surfaces. Reflectors (4.1-4.3) of the optical systems are arranged relative to the exit surfaces in an intermediate space such that portions of light radiated by the exit surfaces strike on the reflectors and the radiated light is guided through the lenses. The intermediate space is formed between an imaginary plane and the lenses, where the plane runs parallel to the exit surfaces.
