The element (18) has a latch (20) inwardly projected for producing a clip connection with a cover (12) of an internal combustion engine, where the element is extended over outer diameter of the cover to an annular gap and connected with the cover by the clip connection. An end of the latch is pushed against a grasp profile away from the cover. The element is formed in a shape of a collar (22) in a region of the element exceeding over the cover. The collar is formed in an insertion direction of the cover.
