The exhaust gas guide element (10) has an inner part (14) for guiding an exhaust gas in a flow direction (20), and an outer part (12) that surrounds the inner part in a length region. The outer part is provided at a distance from the inner part under formation of an airgap (16). A sealing element (28) is arranged in the airgap. The airgap is divided in two airgap regions (30,32), which are separated from each other in the flow direction of the exhaust gas.
