The line (11) has a guiding unit (22) for temporarily guiding a partial flow of an exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine via a partial region of an intermediate space (20). The space between an outer wall (16) and an inner wall (18) of a double-walled region (14) is designed flow throughable by a medium. An end region of the double-walled region exhibits a passage opening (26) that is partial lockable by using a locking element. The end region is adjacent to an exhaust gas treatment device (12). The partial flow is supplied to an inner side of the inner wall through the opening.
