The suspension (2) has a wheel-guiding strut (16) formed for fastening a motor vehicle body with a wheel carrier (6). An arm (18) is arranged between the wheel-guiding strut and the wheel carrier in an assembled state, where the arm partly leads around a suspended wheel (4). The wheel-guiding strut is partly arranged above the suspended wheel in the assembled state. A camber adjustment unit is arranged between the arm and the wheel carrier. A strut head bearing (24) is arranged at a body-side of the strut. The strut head bearing comprises a radial bearing.
