The roof has a movable panel moving with respect to a fixed panel between closed and open positions, in which an opening formed in/at side of the part is closed and partially released, by shuttles (N). The shuttles are guided in translation in inner slide (152) placed in the vicinity of each side edge of the panel. Each of the shuttles co-operates with a pawn i.e. axle (511) of intermediate slide (51) secured to the panel. One of the shuttles controls displacement of a movable deflector between retracted and deflection positions corresponding to the closed and open positions.
