The apparatus has a feed line (3) that is installed at upper area (2) of buffer memory (1). The feed line is connected to domestic water heat exchanger (6). A return line (9) is guided from water heat exchanger to buffer memory. A circulation line (12) which branches off from water heat exchanger of heat distribution network is returned to buffer memory. The circulation line is in thermal contact with feed line provided between water heat exchanger and buffer memory. A circulation line resting against the feed line is guided in a common insulation.
