The supercharger (1) has a waste-gate aperture (3) arranged in a turbine housing (2). A waste gate-flap (8) is rotated between a closed position in which the waste-gate flap fluid tightly closes the aperture, and an opened position in which the waste-gate flap releases the aperture for flowing through with a fluid by a spindle (7). A stopper (9) supports a waste-gate valve (4) in the opened position of the waste-gate flap, where valve selectively opens and closes the aperture. An engaging device fixes the waste-gate valve in the opened position of the waste-gate flap.
