The device (10) has multiple light guidance fingers (18) arranged next to each other. One of the fingers is arranged directly adjacent to another finger and oriented in the device such that a planar boundary surface of the former finger is turned towards a planar boundary surface of the latter finger. The boundary surfaces fulfill conditions mentioned in a preamble, so that a straight line of the fingers is extended in a sagittal surface of the device and a point of intersection of the straight line is located closer to an end (20) of the fingers than another end (22) of the fingers.
