Method for automatically computing image data of ventricles of heart of human patient from measurement data of computer tomography system, involves determining position change size based on landmark investigation from measurement data
The method involves computing an image data showing a section of an investigation object along a certain plane defined with respect to the object. The section is detected by a computer tomography (CT) system (C1) on a position of multiple landmarks. A position change size is determined based on the landmark investigation from measurement data to reconstruct sectional images showing the object in planes vertical to a rotational axis of the CT system. The image data are computed using the sectional images and the position change size. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computing unit for computing image data of an investigation object from measurement data of a CT-system (2) a computer program comprising a set of instructions to execute a method for automatically computing image data of an investigation object from measurement data (3) a data carrier comprising a set of instructions to execute a method for automatically computing image data of an investigation object from measurement data.
