The device has a brake device (70) combined with a ramp mechanism (50). A clutch (40) is pre-stressed by a disk spring device in a closing position. The ramp mechanism is controlled by a link guide (60). Disk springs are clamped between a belt pulley (2) and a link case with a link path. The brake device is designed as an electromagnetic brake with a fixed housing and limited relative to a displaceable anchor plate. A ramp device of the ramp mechanism is rotationally or axial displaceably connected with the anchor plate. An independent claim is also included for a method for actuating a clutch with an actuator device.
