The controller has electromagnets (11) for a friction disk (8), which blocks a movement of a toothed wheel (4). An electric motor (2) is connected with the toothed wheel. An operating computer (29) and a safety computer (30) contain the operating and safety software, and are connected with the electromagnets. The electromagnets are connected in series with two switching transistors (15, 16) in an electric circuit. The operating computer and the safety computer are connected with base terminals (27, 28) of the switching transistors, respectively.
