摘要

The method involves attaching un-ground meat lobes and meat part from minced meat mass to a rotatable skewer. The meat lobes and meat part are adjacently refined under rotation of the meat lobes and meat part and application of poultry meat i.e. turkey or chicken meat. The meat lobes are formed as meat i.e. leg of goose, of poultry meat type with high natural fat contents and the meat of another poultry meat type with lower natural fat contents. A part of a minced meat mass is inserted into the rotatable skewer. An independent claim is also included for a rotatable skewer bar.
