A chain saw including: a motor unit configured to generate a driving force, the motor unit including: a cylinder unit in which a piston is housed; a crankshaft configured to be driven by the piston; and a crankcase configured to support the cylinder unit and receive the crankshaft therein; a fuel supply device configured to supply the engine unit with fuel; and a motor chamber determination section defining a motor chamber therein for housing the cylinder unit, the engine chamber determination section having a partition section interposed between the cylinder unit and the fuel supply device, characterized in that the engine chamber determination section includes a first engine chamber vent hole and a second engine chamber vent hole is formed adjacent to the cylinder unit to achieve ventilation between the engine chamber and the outside environment.
