PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation adapter with which sealing at an end part of an outdoor side of a ventilation pipe is not easily broken when the ventilation pipe is inserted and fixed in a ventilation hole and a ventilation fan unit using the ventilation adapter and a sealing structure of the ventilation pipe for the ventilation hole.;SOLUTION: For a rubber bush 10, a protrusion 13 for protruding from a outer surface of the flange part 12 contacts with a back face of a bathroom heating dryer 1 mounted on a wall face of an outer wall W in a state that a main body part 11, mounted at an end part of a bathroom side of the ventilation pipe EP so that a flange part 12 is tightly fit on the wall surface of the outer wall W through a sealing material, is fit to the ventilation hole EH from the bathroom side. For the ventilation adaptor 20, after the sealing material is filled in a fitting groove 23 and is applied to a sealing material application area 24, a board 21 is fixed on the wall face of the outer wall W with screws in a state that the end part of the ventilation pipe EP is fit to the fitting groove 23 by inserting a pipe connection port 22 to an outdoor side end part of the ventilation pipe EP.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
